The ease in obtaining an GP's appointment. The demeanor and professionalism of all the staff that have given me confidence in the practice. The patient care reports from Dr Peters hospital passed to the practice and then forwarded to the patient. At times it is difficult to get an appointment by telephone. This must be very hard to manage. Could technology help?

Really nice receptionist the doctors are friendly but nowhere near as helpful as the receptionist and sometimes I am willing to listen to your needs
